The Biggest Bodybuilder in The World
For all those bodybuilding fans wondering who the biggest bodybuilder in the world is, here are possible candidates for this rather flattery title:Gregg Valentino, famous for his huge biceps, is a kind of icon.
His career started as early as his age of 13. What seems a little strange regarding this guy is that he actually trained his body naturally for a long period of time – some 23 years, and then suddenly started taking steroids! His arms became un-naturally big and it made him even more famous. Of course, don’t think that the mother-nature didn’t respond – he had a kind of muscle explosion that resulted in quite asymmetrical and even more un-natural look.Next guy famous for his muscles is Markus Rühl, the proud owner of the biggest shoulders in the world.
Then there is Ronnie Coleman from Louisiana, who was Mr. Olympia for as much as eight times.
Next on our list would be Arnold Schwarzenegger who won the Mr. Universe title at the age of 20, which makes him the youngest winner of this competition. He started training at the age of 15, got into the perfect shape very fast, and made him not only successful body builder, but also an actor. He is also the author of a few books on the subject of sport.
The greatest competition to Arnold Schwarzenegger was Lou Ferrigno, famous for his role in the Incredible Hulk. The Hulk-guy tried to beat Schwarzenegger in 1974 Mr. Olympia, and the documentary film “Pumping Iron” was made on this subject.
Now, some might have thoughts like: why would anyone want to be the biggest guy in the world, and why would he sacrifice himself so much in order to succeed? Well… maybe it is a way to prove him self. And maybe it’s just passion.
